The J-Pac Medical management team brings a diverse range of talent and experience to the company.
President and CEO
Jeff Barrett has more than 25 years of experience building high-growth medical product-based companies. He leads the advancement of J-Pac’s growth strategy, pursuing opportunities to further drive adoption of the company’s offerings, and optimizing capabilities to better serve customers.
Prior to joining J-Pac Medical, Barrett held CEO positions at GI Supply and Optim LLC and Vice President of Operations roles at Haemonetics and Aspect Medical Systems. He is also a successful entrepreneur. By applying his operational and engineering aptitude, Barrett founded Eggrock Modular Solutions, which became a disruptive business in the building technology industry. Barrett has proven expertise building and managing high performance management teams; developing and implementing optimized operating infrastructure and manufacturing processes; and both improving existing product pipelines and growing new ones.
Barrett holds an MBA from Boston University’s Graduate School of Management, a B.S. in industrial engineering, and B.A. in economics from Rutgers University.
Vice President, Innovation Services Group
Rick Crane has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare products industry. He brings strong general management skills demonstrated across operations, R&D, program management, technical sales, and marketing organizations.
Crane has been instrumental in the development of J-Pac Medical’s Innovation Services Group. He utilizes his product development and operational experiences to identify capabilities and services that most benefit J-Pac Medical’s customers during the development and validation phases of a product’s lifecycle. Crane’s group relies on tooling, automation, materials, and process expertise to bring innovative solutions to medical product and process challenges.
Crane’s experience spans R&D and operations-related roles in both management and technical responsibilities. Prior to joining J-Pac Medical, Crane held various leadership roles at Tolas Healthcare Packaging, International Paper Company, and the Ethicon Division of Johnson & Johnson.
Crane is an Ameristar Packaging Competition Gold Star Award Winner for Medical Device Package of the Year, and is a patent holder. He has a Bachelor of Science from Ursinus College.
Vice President of Operations
Phil Littlefield has an extensive manufacturing operations background, with an emphasis on business development and capacity growth in diverse FDA-regulated industries, as well as the development and implementation of FDA-compliant ISO 13485/ISO 9001 business operating systems. In his role at J-Pac, he utilizes his manufacturing and supply chain expertise to leverage J-Pac’s capabilities and emphasize continuous improvement and best-in-class operating systems.
Littlefield is a performance-driven operations leader with demonstrated success delivering superior results in Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing, global supply chain and logistics management, and organizational development.
Littlefield holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the United States Coast Guard Academy. He is a recipient of the President’s Award for Plant Safety, as well as Most Overall Improved Plant Award winner.
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Dolge brings more than 20 years of international management and financial experience to J-Pac Medical.
Prior to joining J-Pac Medical, Dolge served as CFO at GI Supply Inc., a distributor of endoscopic medical devices serving leading medical centers, hospitals, and physician offices. Dolge has also held senior positions at multi-billion dollar, publicly traded companies such as Rohm and Haas and the Industrial Products Division of Goodrich, as well as management positions with Johnson & Johnson in operational finance. Prior to J&J, Dolge was a senior auditor with Deloitte and Touche.
Dolge holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Cum Laude, from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Director of Program Management
Kienan will assume responsibility for all new customer project coordination including all customer facing project activities. This new role addition manages the new product realization process that guides a new customer program to successful manufacturing.
Kienan has a strong background in Program Management and Inside Sales. Most recently served as a Program Manager at Getinge AB and Project Manager at EPTAM Plastics where he managed multiple complex medical device projects and new customer integration.
